Chicken Breasts Rolled with Italian Style Rice and Marsala Wine Sauce
2 pouches. The first pouch has a hand filleted double split chicken breast Stuffed with Italian style white and wild rice, sun dried tomatoes, provolone and Romano cheese, mushrooms, spinach and spices. The 2nd pouch has an Marsala Wine sauce. The customer heats up the chicken then slices it cross grain into ½ slices as shown on the package. The Marsala Wine sauce is heated and served on the side.
