Our Goal
Since 1985, we have enjoyed sharing our passion for great food. Our focus is to provide unique food products that are higher in quality than national brands at competitive costs. Every product we create is designed to carry a clean label with minimal use of preservatives and recyclable materials.
What We Do
VSM Brands, Inc. has 36 years of experience developing and manufacturing fresh refrigerated, frozen and snack foods. Our product lines are available under our expanding family of brands as well as private label in grocery, club stores and food service in both the U.S. and International markets.
Private Label/Customized Products
Our team of chefs works closely with our retail and wholesale partners to develop custom branded and private label items. Our expertise includes an extensive R&D data base and flexibility to adapt items to the unique needs of our customers. With the diverse capabilities of our manufacturing facilities, we are not limited by equipment or plant capacities. By pooling our collective resources, almost anything is possible. We have plants in the U.S., Canada and New Zealand and can produce products for export that are EU and Halal certified under BRC controlled facilities.
Refrigerated Entrées & Appetizers
We have created and sold over 150 entrées and appetizers in the U.S., Canada and Mexico and we are one of the largest suppliers of sous vide entrées in the country. Our technologically advanced sous vide cooking method provides a 60 day shelf life from manufacture date. Depending on the destination, our products are sold under our four brands (Ventera Ranch®, Culinary Classics®, East West Cuisine® and VR-Ventera®) as well as private label.
Frozen Entrées, Appetizers
Our entire line of refrigerated entrées and appetizers are also available frozen. This enables our export partners to offer products to their customers with significantly extended shelf life.
Snack Foods
We have created two of the most successful meat snack lines currently sold in North America, Europe, Asia, Iceland and the United Kingdom with expansion plans for other parts of the world. Our experience and creativity in this arena resulted in the development of an entirely new product category.
Our Co-Packers
Having owned and operated multiple USDA facilities, we understand the complexities of food manufacturing. We work closely with co-packers throughout the U.S., Canada and New Zealand. The VSM Brands team has extensive experience in recipe formulation, product engineering, QA/QC, packaging and general knowledge of all areas of USDA inspected products. Our goal is to work with our manufacturing partners to create a seamless flow from product concepts to production to delivery of finished goods.
